Return Policy

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your NEO or Dana purchase, simply return the item in its original condition to us within 30 days of your receipt of the item, and we will refund your money (less original shipping charges).

When returning your NEO or Dana, call 866-558-8452 (7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CST) and we will assist you with the return procedures.

Return for Repair

If you encounter a problem with your NEO, Dana, or earlier AlphaSmart product, first search the Knowledge Base for an article that deals with your problem. If a corresponding article cannot be found, contact technical support at support@renlearn.com or 1-800-763-0259 with the following information:

  • Detailed description of the problem
  • Serial number of the unit (located on bottom)
  • Name and address to which the unit should be returned

If it is determined that the unit needs to be returned to the factory for repair, an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number will be provided along with the procedures to return the unit.
